Chinook Centre Shopping Mall Expands

Lacoste, Burberry, Fossil and many more such brand name stores will be part of Chinook Centre shopping mall very soon (i.e September 29th 2010.) Chinook Centre has always been one of my favourite malls and I can't wait to shop at these 80 new stores especially with Christmas being not too far away.

This expansion which is located on the northeast corner of the existing building will add over 180,000 square feet, including a new 1,200 stall underground heated parkade to the mall. Construction for this expansion started in February 2008 with final completion on September 29, 2010. With over 80 new stores, there are a lot of new job opportunities at the mall too.
